Ham and Corn Chowder
Ham And Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced, cooked ham, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn, thawed (i use canned corn also), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute ham, celery and onion in margarine in a heavy pan.
Stir in next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce flame and simmer 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
