Ham and Broccoli Casserole
Ham And Broccoli Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. macaroni, cooked, 3 c. fresh broccoli, cooked, 2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook macaroni according to package directions; do not overcook.
Wash broccoli; cut into bite-size pieces and cook, uncovered in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Make cheese sauce by combining milk, cornstarch, 1/2 stick margarine, salt and pepper in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, with a wire whisk.
When mixture thickens, add cheese, mayonnaise and onions and blend until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat; add macaroni, broccoli and ham.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Melt remaining 1/2 stick margarine; add to cracker crumbs and stir until moistened.
Spoon crumbs over top of casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Freezes well!
