Halibut Quiche
Halibut Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch single crust pie pastry, 1 c. flaked, precooked halibut, 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and 4 eggs, beaten lightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie and line a pie plate with it.
Place 1 cup flaked, precooked halibut in the prepared pie crust.
Shred the Swiss cheese and chop the onion, then sprinkle these over the halibut.
Beat eggs lightly and beat in half and half, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie plate.
Bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 300° and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
