Combine flour and salt and, at low speed, add to sugar mixture alternately with sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

Stir in vanilla.

Spoon batter into a 10-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 35 minutes or until wood pick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
