Grouper in White Wine
Grouper In White Wine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. grouper fillet, 1/2 c. flour, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 to 1 1/2 c. white wine and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Marinate grouper in wine for one hour.
Drain and dredge in flour.
Dip into mixture of eggs and Parmesan.
Melt butter in skillet; add garlic.
