Greek Shrimp
Greek Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 2 c. peeled, cubed roma tomatoes, 1/2 c. white wine and 1 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and saute garlic.
Cook briefly and add tomatoes.
Cook 1 minute and add wine, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil and saute shrimp about 1 minute.
Spoon shrimp and pan juices into baking dish.
Cover with Feta cheese and spoon tomato sauce on top.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cook pasta, drain and serve with shrimp mixture spooned on top.
