Greek Shrimp
Greek Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, olive oil (for sauteing), 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained or 6 ripe fresh tomatoes, chopped and 1 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large skillet, cook the onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil until onion is softened.
Add the tomatoes and break them up with a large spoon.
Add the wine and let that cook.
Next, add half the oregano and continue cooking about 20 minutes.
It should thicken nicely.
At this point, the sauce can be covered and refrigerated until nearly time to serve.
