Grandma Linda's Cake
Grandma Linda'S Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. ground nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cloves; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric beaters on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add eggs, bananas, undrained pineapple and vanilla; beat until combined.
Add flour mixture.
Beat on low speed until mixed; beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Fold in pecans.
Spread batter in well greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 70 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from pan; cool completely.
After cooled you may sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
