Garden Vegetable Pie
Garden Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or cauliflower, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Cook broccoli or cauliflower in boiling water until almost tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
(If frozen broccoli or cauliflower is used, do not cook.)
Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over vegetables.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
