Fruit Salad(Ambrosia) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large apples, 2 large oranges, 2 large bananas and juice of 1 large lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up fruit bowl. Pour juice over fruit. Add 1 cup coconut.
Dissolve 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cornstarch in cup water and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and slowly add 1 beaten egg yolk; cook until thick. Fold in 1 beaten white and pour over fruit.
Delicious served with pound cake.
