Fruit Parfaits
Fruit Parfaits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. whipped topping (see whipped topping recipe), 1/4 c. unsweetened grated coconut, 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted, 1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned and 1 large banana, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.
Combine orange, banana and pineapple.
Toss lightly.
Spoon alternate layers of fruit mixture and orange juice mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover and chill thoroughly.
A serving amount is 1/2 cup at 87 calories.
