Fried Corn
Fried Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 slices crisp fried bacon (reserve grease), 10 to 12 ears fresh corn, 1 tbsp. sugar, water and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut and scrape corn from cob (juicy corn works best).
Add a little water, the fried bacon (crumbled), sugar, salt and pepper (I use lots of pepper) to reserved grease.
Stir in corn.
Bring to a boil and simmer until corn is tender, adding water as needed.
