Fresh Basil-Tomato Spaghetti
Fresh Basil-Tomato Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti, 1/4 c. olive oil, 4 tsp. minced garlic, 1 c. diced, seeded tomatoes and 1/4 c. sliced, drained, sundried tomatoes in oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Heat saute pan over medium-high heat; add oil and garlic.
Saute but do not brown.
Add fresh and sundried tomatoes to pan.
Add wine and chicken broth to deglaze; add 1/2 the basil.
Heat together until liquid is reduced by 1/2.
Add butter, melt and remove from heat. Toast pine nuts at 350Β° for 5 minutes.
Toss pasta with sauce, top with Parmesan, remaining basil and pine nuts.
Serves 2.
