Freezer French Toast
Freezer French Toast is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 2 tbsp. evaporated skimmed milk, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 4 slices white bread and 2 tsp. vegetable oil or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In shallow bowl combine eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating all sides; let bread soak in mixture until as much liquid as possible has been absorbed.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil (or margarine).
Add bread and pour an equal amount of any remaining egg mixture over each slice.
Reduce heat and cook until bread is browned on underside; turn slices and brown other side.
Transfer toast to a baking sheet; cool slightly, then freeze.
Once frozen, wrap toast slices individually or stack and wrap, using 2 sheets of wax paper between each slice to separate.
To serve, reheat in toaster or in 350Β° oven.
Can be frozen for up to 2 weeks.
