Fish Fillets Veronique is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. seedless grapes, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 lb. fish fillets (flounder, sole or snapper) and 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice the grapes in half and place them in a bowl with the wine and the lemon juice, tossing gently.
Line a broiling pan with foil and arrange the fish in the pan.
Sprinkle the lemon peel and lime juice over the fish.
Top with the ginger, bell pepper and seasoning, except for the garnish.
Broil the fish for about 5 minutes, until the fillets begin to turn golden.
Pour the grape-wine mixture over the fish arranging the grapes cut-side down.
Broil a couple more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with the garnishes.
