Fat-Free Carrot Muffins
Fat-Free Carrot Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder and ginger in a bowl.
Mix carrots, yogurt, egg substitute, applesauce, raisins, brown sugar and vanilla with a wire whip or fork in a separate bowl.
Stir flour mixture into carrot mixture. Spoon batter into muffin pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool for 10 minutes and remove from muffin pans.
