Fajitas
Fajitas is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin steak (1 1/2-inches thick), 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. merlot red wine, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Trim fat from beef.
Prick beef with fork in several places. Mix 1/4 cup oil, wine, sugar, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in ungreased square baking dish.
Place beef in dish, turning once to coat both sides.
Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and heat in a 325° oven until warm, about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; keep tortillas wrapped.
Remove beef from marinade; reserve marinade. Set oven control to broil or 550°.
