Eggplant Parmazine
Eggplant Parmazine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large eggplant, peeled, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger, drained, 1 can spaghetti sauce, 1 pkg. feta cheese and 1 large pkg. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and slice eggplant, lengthwise.
Roll in egg and flour. Place in pan with oil and fry until browned.
Drain and alternate with cooked and drained hamburger, cheese and sauce in large baking dish.
Place in 350Β° oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve.
Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
