Eggnog
Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 c. milk and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat 1/3 cup sugar into egg yolks.
Add salt and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a metal spoon.
Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add 3 tablespoons sugar, beating to soft peaks.
Add to milk mixture and blend well.
Stir in vanilla.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Serve with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
