Egg Noodles
Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Make a well in center of flour.
Add egg yolks, egg and salt; mix thoroughly.
Mix in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough is stiff but easy to roll.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll dough, one part at a time, in a very thin rectangle on a well floured board.
Loosely fold rectangle and place on a cookie sheet.
Dry dough in 350Β° oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
Fold lengthwise and cut into very narrow strips.
Boil in chicken, turkey or beef broth for 12 to 15 minutes.
