Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 lb. chipped beef, 1 or 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute bacon; drain.
Place beef, butter and mushrooms in skillet; saute slightly.
Sprinkle with flour and pepper.
Add the milk; cook until thick.
Beat together until creamy the eggs, evaporated milk, salt and melted butter.
Alternate layers of eggs and sauce.
Bake at 275Β° for 1 hour.
