Egg and Sausage Casserole
Egg And Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 4 to 6 eggs, 6 slices bread, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine milk, cheese, mustard, salt and eggs in blender. Blend well. Fry and drain sausage.
Break bread into bite-sized pieces in large bowl.
Add sausage and liquid mixture.
Mix well with spoon and pour into 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan or casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
