Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. corn syrup, 3 c. sugar, pinch of salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Combine water, syrup, sugar and salt to cook to 234° on candy thermometer.
Add half of the syrup, 1 teaspoon at a time, to well beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
Continue cooking other half of syrup until it reaches 270°.
Pour into egg mixture; beat until high gloss changes to dull.
Fold in vanilla.
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
Makes 48.
