Dilled Meatballs
Dilled Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 3 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix beef, bread crumbs and ketchup and form into 48 (1-inch) balls.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add meat balls, brown, then remove from pan.
Remove excess grease, all except for 2 tablespoons.
In remaining grease, blend in flour and celery salt. Cook until smooth.
Gradually stir in consomme.
Cook 6 to 8 minutes over low-medium heat until thick.
Add dill and meatballs. Serve hot with rice or buttered noodles.
