Denver Omelet
Denver Omelet is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1 tbsp. margarine or butter, 4 egg yolks, beaten and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Add water; continue beating about 1 1/2 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Fold yolks into whites.
In an ovenproof skillet, heat margarine until it sizzles.
Pour in egg mixture, mounding it slightly higher at the sides.
Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed, set, and golden brown on the bottom.
Then bake in a 325Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Loosen sides with a metal spatula.
