Deer Jerky
Deer Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. venison, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut venison into thin strips.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinade overnight.
Pat meat dry and place on cookie sheet (ungreased).
Preheat oven at 150Β°.
Place cookie sheet in oven with the oven door slightly open.
Dry meat 4 to 6 hours.
Jerky may also be put in dehydrator.
