Melt butter or oleo; onion, garlic, celery and apple. Cook and stir for
5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and curry. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Add chicken broth and stir until sauce thickens.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; add chicken, cream, chutney and cook for 1 minute.
Pour into casserole; fill so pastry doesn't before covering with pastry; brush with egg yolk.
Leave margin with pastry; then trim.
