Dandelion with Bacon Dressing
Dandelion With Bacon Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. dandelions, 1/4 c. green onions, minced, 4 slices bacon, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash greens thoroughly.
Cook in small amount of salted water until tender and drain well.
Chop if leaves are large.
Add onions.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and set aside.
To bacon drippings, add vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add to hot vegetables.
Garnish with egg slices and reserved bacon, crumbled.
Serves 4.
