Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Crispy Herb Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. potato flakes, 1/4 c. grated parmesan, 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes, 3 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up, skinned, rinsed and patted dry and 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375°.
Grease or line with foil 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, onion powder, garlic salt, paprika and pepper; stir until well mixed.
Dip chicken pieces into margarine; roll in potato flake mixture to coat. Place in pan.
Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
