Crispy Chicken
Crispy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, 2 to 3 c. milk, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove skin from chicken and wash.
Place in deep bowl and cover with milk.
Soak 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Beat eggs with 1/2 cup milk.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Remove chicken pieces from milk.
Coat with flour mixture.
Dip in egg mixture.
Again, coat with flour.
Place in preheated oil in heavy pan.
Cook over medium heat until golden brown and juices run clear when stuck.
