Crispy Baked Halibut
Crispy Baked Halibut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. halibut, cut 1-inch thick, 2 tsp. cooking oil, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, a little lemon juice and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut fish into 4 portions, pat dry and brush with oil.
In shallow dish, stir bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, tarragon, paprika and pepper.
Dip fish to coat both sides.
Arrange on baking dish or pan.
Sprinkle leftover crumbs on top.
Bake at 450Β° for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Do not turn during baking.
