Creamy Potato Soup
Creamy Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 bacon slices, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 1/2 c. cold water, 2 c. milk and 1 (5.75) pkg. au gratin potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook bacon and onions in 3-quart saucepan; drain.
Remove from pan.
In same pan, bring water to boil.
Add potatoes.
Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat 18 minutes.
Stir in sauce mix, milk, parsley, pepper, bacon and onions.
Simmer over medium heat, 4 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency.
Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
