Creamy Crab Soup
Creamy Crab Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. crabmeat, flaked, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 c. half and half or milk and 1 tsp. chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until bubbly.
Stir in crabmeat, bouillon and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.
(Do not boil.) Stir in cooking sherry.
