Preheat oven
Lightly a 1-quart baking dish. Wash cauliflower and break into flowerets.
Parboil in small amount of water 8 to 12 minutes; drain.
Combine cauliflower, lo-fat onion and seasonings in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven
25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
