Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine water, butter, sugar and salt in a heavy pan; bring to a boil.
Add flour all at once, then beat with a woden spoon over low heat for 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and does not separate.
Remove from heat and continue beating about 2 minutes to cool.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating at least 1 minute after each.
Paste will be light in color and will hold stiff peaks when spoon is lifted.
Bake in preheated oven at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Place ice cream in the center of each cream puff. Top with chocolate sauce.
