Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad
Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, 1 tsp. grated orange peel and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain pineapple and reserve syrup. Add enough hot boiling water to syrup to make 1 cup liquid. Dissolve jello in hot liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel. Chill until partially set. Fold in mandarin oranges and pineapple. Whip the cream and fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into a 6-cup mold. Chill until set. Unmold.
Garnish with green grapes and cranberries, rolled in some egg whites and lime and raspberry jello.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
