Cranberry-Glazed Pork Roast
Cranberry-Glazed Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast, 3 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In small saucepan, stir together all ingredients, except pork. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened; set aside. Place roast in shallow baking dish.
Roast at 325° for 45 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup glaze over roast; continue roasting for 45 minutes more, until internal temperature is 160°.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining sauce.
