Crabmeat Stuffing
Crabmeat Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat (fresh or imitation), 1 medium onion, diced, 3 stalks celery, diced, 4 oz. butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. thyme leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pick through crabmeat to remove shells.
In a small saucepan add butter, onion, celery, thyme, crabmeat, wine, lemon juice, basil and bay leaves.
Heat on low for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When veggies are tender, place in food processor. Remove bay leaves and discard.
Purée for 60 seconds, add in bread crumbs, mix purée well and add fresh parsley.
If the mixture is still wet, add more breadcrumbs.
