Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked), chilled, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 oz. fresh or frozen crab, thawed and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Sprinkle cheeses over pie crust. Spread crabmeat and onion over cheese.
In a measuring cup or bowl with a lip, combine eggs, flour, seasonings and half and half. Carefully pour into the pie crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until custard has set.
Serves 6.
