Cozze Alla Marinara
Cozze Alla Marinara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh mussels, cleaned, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. crushed red pepper, 1 tsp. parsley, chopped and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
After cleaning mussels (shells) place in deep pot with approximately 1/2-inch of water.
Place over medium heat with pan covered.
When water boils enough for the mussels to begin to open, add garlic, pepper, parsley, salt and tomatoes.
Mix and continue heating over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
