Cousin Carol's Seafood Sauce
Cousin Carol'S Seafood Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, 1 bunch parsley, 1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine and 1 lb. clams, shrimp, crab meat or squid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a saucepan, add oil and minced garlic.
Chop parsley leaves and add to saucepan.
Stir until parsley is limp.
Add seafood (cleaned and de-shelled).
Add tomato sauce, wine and basil.
The sauce should be a light red-pink color.
Reduce liquid until meat is just showing through the liquid.
If you are using all fresh seafood, add a can of clam juice to add flavor to the sauce. Reduce as noted before.
Cook spaghetti until it is al dente.
Add sauce; toss and serve.
