In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until mixed. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 baking pan with nonstick spray coating. Pour batter into pan. Bake in a 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
