Corn Pudding

Heat butter and sugar in a medium size saucepan until butter melts.
Stir in flour and blend well. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cream. Add eggs and baking powder; mix well. Fold in onion, bell pepper, black pepper and corn.
Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350Β° or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
