Cold Ketchup
Cold Ketchup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12-14 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, 3 or 4 green peppers, 3 or 4 red peppers, 10 large onions and 1 large bunch celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grind together the tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions and celery.
Add 1/2 c. salt.
Pour into a bag and drain until no liquid comes out.
Vinegar and sugar. Warm together until sugar dissolves.
Add celery seed and mustard seed.
Can. No cooking and no need to process. Will keep on shelf.
