Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. warm milk, 2 c. flour, 4 pkg. dry yeast, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together warm milk, flour, yeast and sugar to make a sponge.
Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 1/2 hour.
Add the eggs, oil and salt to sponge and mix well.
Then add flour, 2 cups at a time until you have a nice, soft dough.
Cover and let rise again until double in bulk.
Dump out on floured board.
Knead a few minutes.
Then roll out in oblong shape.
Spread melted butter over dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cover with raisins and nuts, if desired.
Roll up into long roll.
Slice or cut with a string.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned. (Frost, if desired.)
