Cinnamon Potato Rolls
Cinnamon Potato Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. hot mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 2 pkg. active dry yeast and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine in large bowl, sugar and potatoes; add water and yeast to mixture.
Cover and let set for 1 hour in warm place.
Combine filling ingredients and set aside.
Stir dough down.
Mix in butter, eggs and salt.
Gradually add flour.
Turn out on floured surface; knead until smooth.
Divide dough in half; roll out in squares.
Divide filling and spread on each half of dough.
Roll; cut in slices.
Place in 9-inch pan.
Cover and raise until double in volume.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
