Chocolate Mocha Mousse
Chocolate Mocha Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. water, 1 tsp. instant coffee, 1 1/2 c. heavy cream and 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, water and coffee; boil 3 minutes.
Using metal blade of food processor, add cream and mix until very thick, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Place blade back; don't rinse bowl.
Add chocolate chips and process on/off for 20 seconds.
Continue processing. Add hot syrup, Kahlua and egg yolks.
Process 20 seconds approximately.
Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Freeze or chill.
Makes 6 servings.
