Chocolate Mint Patties
Chocolate Mint Patties is an easy dinner. Made with 3 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. hershey's cocoa, 1/3 c. butter, softened, 1/3 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. peppermint extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift together sugar and cocoa; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, corn syrup and peppermint extract at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Gradually add 1 to 2 cups of cocoa and sugar mixture, beating with a wooden spoon until well blended; stir in the remaining cocoa mixture.
With hands, knead mixture until it is well blended and smooth.
On wax paper, pat or roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
With small cookie cutters or cutters of your choice, cut into desired shapes. Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
You can garnish these if so desired.
