Chocolate-Bourbon Pecan Pie

Place pie crust in pie plate and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place chocolate and butter in microwave-safe bowl and melt (approximately 1 minute on High).
Add sugar and corn syrup, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs and bourbon while beating constantly with a whisk until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell and bake on the center rack for 55 to 60 minutes (the surface will have little cracks and be crisp to the touch).
