Chocolate Biscuits
Chocolate Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 c. coconut, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine flour, coconut, sugar, cocoa, and whipping cream in food processor bowl.
Process until mixture forms a dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently about 6 times.
Roll to a thickness of about 1/2 inch or a little less. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Dip into melted butter and be sure the biscuits are coated with butter on both sides.
Place on a baking sheet spacing the biscuits about 2 inches apart.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until no longer doughy.
Place biscuits on a rack with wax paper underneath the rack.
